Melbourne Carers Network delivers supports that cater for significant functional impairment or very high support needs, as well as nursing care for people with high care needs.

Bilingual and multicultural care staff are employed by Melbourne Carers Network to support choice, decision making, independent living, safety and dignity for all participants.

We support people to build skills and capacity so that they can meaningfully participate in their community, including through access to employment.

Melbourne Carers Network provides 24/7 care services with the aim of providing more opportunities and autonomy to our participants without compromising their cultural values and beliefs.

We provide choice and flexibility for participants as well as tailored support as their individual needs change.

We believe that no two people are exactly alike and that no two individuals need precisely the same support.
